Canva is an amazing graphics designing tool that has so much to offer. If you’ve got less of the creative side like me, they offer a ton of free templates to help you get started, which you can customize and make your own. I’ve used Canva to create social media graphics, presentations, worksheets, banners, welcome packets and so much more. It’s a pretty straight forward tool to use and I couldn’t imagine not having it in my business. As an added extra, you can now use it to schedule social media posts.
LastPass is my favorite password vault. It will remember your passwords, help you create more security friendly passwords and auto-fill them in for you, just make sure you get the browser extension for maximum use. Need to share a login with someone? You can easily and securely share your password seamlessly with a few clicks and an email address.
ActiveCampaign is an amazing Email Marketing tool. It allows us spend less time on repetitive tasks so we can focus on doing what we love. It’s like having an extra assistant on your team. Elementor is our favorite WordPress website builder plugin. It is easy to use and has plenty of templates to choose from. From the novice to the expert, you’ll be able to put it to use in getting your website looking amazing! They also have great customer support.

Scribe is that “where have you been all my life” tool! If you have to outline the step by step process for someone (SOP’s), then you will want to check out this tool.
